> #### Our Content Policy

> **To ensure a safe environment for our users, we do not permit the following content for public display:**
>

> * Images that clearly depict a character under 18.
> * Explicit nudity in their profile pictures.
> * Bots imitating real people (celebrities, private individuals) and are not part of a story or character.
> * Hate speech, hate symbols, or discriminatory content.
> * Spam or low-effort bots (duplicates or reskins, extremely short or shallow profiles, copy-paste wiki entries with no edits, meme/joke-only bots or nonsense text).

> **Our moderation team will review all content submitted to Xoul and may remove any content that violates our policy. If you repeatedly violate our policies, your account may be suspended. Please reach out on Discord if you have any questions.**

### Your Content Resolutions

Below this you will find a section called Your Content Resolutions which will contain a list, ordered from newest to oldest, of all moderation taken against content associated with your account.

**This displays:**

* Which content was moderated.
* When the content was moderated.
* Why the content was moderated.
* A note from a moderator explaining why they chose to private the content.

Whenever you find a piece of content of yours set to private visibility when you know you set it to Public or Unlisted, check this page for more information.

Moderators can also send an email to the email address associated with your account, alerting you of content moderation and giving information. This email will come from the <hello@xoul.ai> email address.
